CCCOnline students and faculty have access to EBSCO online article databases.
Step 1. When students are logged in to D2L, they can access the EBSCO article databases from within D2L – they should look for the Helpful Links widget on the MyHome page or on any course Home page and click the Library Resources link, which will take them to the Library Resources page. Once there, look on the upper left hand side of the page and click on the EBSCO article databases link.
Step 2. Students can also access the databases from the main Library Resources page. Click on the Research Databases link and then follow the instructions to login with your S# and password. (Note: Students must login through the login page with the CCCOnline logo; logging in on an EBSCO page won’t work because they need to be authenticated through CCCOnline first)
Step 3. To reach the Academic Search Premier, Business Source Premier, CINAHL, the History Reference Center, the Psychology and Behavioral Sciences Center, and the Science Reference Center, click on the link from the list on this page and scroll to see the complete list.
(Note: if a student ends up on an error page on the EBSCO site after clicking on the Research Database link, try hitting the browser back button and hitting the Research Database link button again. If that doesn’t work, then suggest that they clear their history, close the browser and then try again.)
