Drop For Non-Payment

  • D4NP (Dropped For Non Payment) will occur at census for each session, click for a list of dates: Fall, Spring, Summer, instead of once per week leading into the session.
  • Letters indicating the balance due will be sent to students who have registered but not made approved payment arrangements. These letters include detailed information for the six approved methods of making payment arrangements.
  • Once courses begin, an additional letter will be sent to students who still have not made payment arrangements letting them know they are in jeopardy of being dropped for nonpayment.
  • Marketing is working with social media and campus signage to create an awareness campaign.
